Our premium green beans spent months aging in charred oak Bourbon barrels to capture a deep, smoky complexity. Only then do we roast them to perfection. It’s a medium-dark roast with notes of vanilla, oak, and a smooth bourbon finish. Small batch roasted every 14 days.
